In addition to having a custom-made modular kitchen, you can optimize the kitchen workflow, maximize available storage space, play around the modular cabinet designs, and are assured with high quality and durability compared to a carpenter’s output.

How do I get a quotation for a modular kitchen?
If you already have the unit/project floor plan, you may send it via our email at design@mazzini.ph for the initial design and quotation proposal, and we’ll get back to you in no time.
What is included in your quotation for modular kitchens?
Our modular project quotations include kitchen cabinets, countertops, and additional accessories (i.e. hinges and drawer mechanisms), and backsplash.
Quotations for kitchen appliances, faucet, and sink can be prepared separately by our trusted partners. Customers may also provide their own.
What materials do you use for your modular cabinets?
- E1 Grade Laminated MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard)
– Is an engineered wood fiber panel, formed through specialized binders, high temperature, and pressure. E1 grade is among the highest certifications only given to MDF materials with the highest quality and durability.
- CARB2 Grade Laminated Particle Board / LDF (Low-Density Fibreboard)
– Is an engineered wood product panel and manufactured from wood chips, sawmill shavings, and various special binders, which is then pressed and extruded. CARB2 grade is among the highest certifications only given to Particle Board materials with the highest quality and durability.
- Mechanisms
– We only use Blum mechanisms that are made in Austria, ranging from hinges to automated mechanisms, which are used for frameless and face frame cabinets. It can also be easily upgraded with soft-closing features, making them a flexible and reliable option for any cabinet.
Are the kitchen countertops food-safe guaranteed?
Yes! Since we are using quartz and marble materials that are only sourced from Europe, they are NSF 51 food zone certified, GREENGUARD Gold Certified®, and KOSHER certified.

What does it mean to be a BLUM Pilot?
It is a certification given only to the modular cabinet and kitchen manufacturers, who have pioneered the use and design of BLUM mechanisms in various places globally. And, we are the FIRST to be certified in the Mindanao region.
Do you have a warranty for your modular projects?
Yes, we provide our customers with the following warranties:
- Up to twenty (20) years warranty for BLUM mechanisms.
- One (1) year workmanship warranty.
What is the time frame to complete a modular project?
Small to medium project units are usually accomplished within 2 – 3 months, covering fabrication and manufacture of the modular components. This takes a while because of our Quality Management Standards, which ensures the precision in craftsmanship, accuracy in the components’ measurements, and overall project quality.
Delivery of the project components takes 3 – 10 days, depending on the project address. Moreover, installation takes 2 – 5 days, depending on the project size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks or cash payments, with payment plans of 50% down-payment upon contract signing, and 50% upon delivery of project components to the site. This may be negotiated with our team.
What other modular projects do you offer?

Can I order only for a specific section of the project space?
No, our modular projects, especially in kitchen spaces, are a packaged deal covering the whole space. This is to ensure our quality standards are uniformly implemented, as well as to serve the best customer satisfaction.
